The Business Applications division provides business solutions such as MegaCenter, which provides CRM solutions for managing multi-channel campaigns in an advanced and innovative WebServices, PLM technology ( product life management solutions), and financial banking solutions.
This area includes a variety of implementations represented or developed by Yael Software. Major examples include the Dassault System products in the PLM field, and Yael’s MegaCenter product in the Contact Center field.

Business Processes
The Business Processes division of Yael Software and Systems specializes in integrating multiple systems and in managing the business processes conducted between them. The division sells and implements TIBCO’s product set, which specializes exclusively in business integration software products worldwide.

The Business Optimization division specializes in managing added value services, above the infrastructure and integration implementation layers. These services include Knowledge Management (KM) and Business Insight intelligence (BI), with an emphasis on Business Rule Management System (BRMS).

Yael Software and Systems is a partner of Oracle. Yael’s Oracle division implements and deploys Oracle applications and develops various Oracle technologies.
